What's really going on in Real Estate In Las Vegas...I've got no scare tactics and I'm not trying to make the ratings cut. We just need to give a little push back on all the negative information they're putting out!

Just sold a house - just kidding! C'mon! Even in las vegas it would be hard to do that at 11 at night!! Just testing the technology again!
I was born in Huntington Beach, CA and grew up a beach baby...Saturdays down by the pier watching my mom sunbath and my dad and brother surf. When I was about 10 we moved a little further north to Camarillo, CA...a little town that you could (speaking from experience) walk the length of in a day - and be safe! I went to High School in the middle of the strawberry fields..Go Rio Mesa. When I graduated, I moved to Las Vegas with my parents and been here ever since (not to give away my age or anything, but that's been about 20 years - ouch!). I've moved back and forth to Cali a couple of times with my previous employer, In-n-Out Burger, but keep ending up back in Vegas - it's too great to stay away from!
